 ALL COACHES ARE REMINDED:

1.    Read your entire packet.  Please call if you have questions.

2.    Arrive on time.  Everyone should check in prior to the first team performing during your session.  Final Roll is checked at 9:15 and at 1:15.  Please allow for appropriate travel time.  Remember that I-85 below Atlanta is under construction and it may be down to one lane on some days.

3.    18 cheerleaders, 2 coaches, and 1 music person along with the bus driver may check in on the appropriate side of the arena. Only the competitive team, the two coaches and one music person will be allowed on the competition floor.  The music person will be sent directly to the music area to wait.  All tags must be turned in as you exit the floor.

4.    Please check packet for the side you are to check in on.  You will be send to that side and not allowed to check in on the wrong side.  Please sit on the side you are competing on. 

5.    Community coaches must be on the list to be admitted at the back door or the arena competition area.  Please check prior to Thursday if there are any issues.  Credentials will be checked. 

6.    This year we will have two sets of mats in area one at state.  One set is under the concourse.  You may stretch, practice jumps and standing tumbling there.  The second set will be out on the main floor and you may warm-up running tumbling here. You may divide the team on these two sets of mats but a coach must be at each mat while the team is warming up.   (No stunts on either set of mats in this section.) 

7.    Make sure you check the web site (ghsacheerleading.com) for announcements this week.  Urgent announcements will be placed on this site.
